Taking it one day at a time…currently about half way through day two.
This is the daily blog on what I’m experiencing each day. My intention in starting this fast was to first of all, give my physical body the gift of rest. Secondly, I wanted to experiment and see how my body & mind react/change to a longer water fast…if I can last!
Day 1: Overall, pretty easy. I kept busy with work and drank lots of tea. I didn’t feel very hungry, but definitely had the urge to eat in the late afternoon. Pretty good energy all day and I distracted my mental hunger by taking a nice long shower. Had a decent headache (maybe caffeine?) that went away quickly with advil.
